How to Raise a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
Nflqtv Walk-In Tubs wants every person who contacts it to be treated honestly and fairly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to share a concern and what we do next. It is a general template, not legal advice.
Topics You Can Bring to Us
You may contact us about:
- Your experience when calling or messaging Nflqtv Walk-In Tubs
- How we handled your personal information
- Anything on this website that seems unclear or wrong
- The behavior of a provider we connected you with
If the Issue Is With a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each is responsible for its own estimates, prices, products, warranties and customer service. If work in your home went badly, it usually helps to raise it with the provider first and keep notes in writing.
Please still let us know. Feedback helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short may be removed. Understand, though, that Nflqtv Walk-In Tubs cannot settle contract disputes, process warranty claims, refund a provider's work or act for a provider.
Sending Us Your Concern
Email contact@nflqtv.living and include:
- Your name and a way to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The number you called or the form you used, if you recall
- The provider's name, if you have it
- What happened and what outcome you want
After You Write
We will email to confirm we received your complaint, usually within a few business days. Then we will review it. That may include reaching out to the provider. After that, we will reply with what we found and any steps we plan to take.
Still Not Settled?
If our reply does not solve the matter, answer it and ask for a second look. You can also turn to your state attorney general, a state consumer protection office or the local Better Business Bureau. For licensed contractors, your state contractor licensing board may be able to help.

Request a callback
Tell us about your bathroom and who uses it. Request a callback to check provider availability, or request an estimate and a local provider will follow up.
