Our Accessibility Statement
Last updated: October 2026
Nflqtv Walk-In Tubs wants nflqtv.living to work well for everyone, including older visitors and people with disabilities. This statement explains how we approach that. It is a general template, not legal advice.
What We Are Aiming For
We want as many people as possible to be able to use this website. We work toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA.
Steps We Take
Our efforts include:
- Clear headings in a logical reading order
- Text descriptions for images that carry meaning
- Readable text size and strong color contrast
- Pages that work with a keyboard alone
- Layouts that fit phones, tablets and desktop screens
- Plain, simple wording
- Short forms with clearly labeled fields
Where We Still Fall Short
Some parts of the site may not yet meet these guidelines. Embedded tools and other third-party content can be partly out of our hands. We check the site on a regular basis and fix problems as we find them.
If the Site Is Hard to Use
You can still get help. Request a callback to speak with a provider, or email contact@nflqtv.living and we will do our part to assist. A family member or caregiver may contact us for you.
Tell Us What Went Wrong
Let us know where the site gave you trouble. Email contact@nflqtv.living and tell us:
- Which page or feature was a problem
- What happened and what you expected
- Your browser, device and any assistive software, if you can share it
We will read your message and aim to reply within a few business days.
Work That Continues
Accessibility is never done. As the website changes, we will keep working to improve it.
Request a callback
Tell us about your bathroom and who uses it. Request a callback to check provider availability, or request an estimate and a local provider will follow up.
